Which payment methods can I use to pay?

You can pay for our products on our website using the following payment methods: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Sofortüberweisung, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

What do I need to be aware of when paying by credit card?

When paying by credit card online, you enter your credit card number, expiration date and verification number. During payment, a "3D Secure" window may appear, an additional security measure for online transactions that protects you from unauthorized card use. During this process, you will be redirected to a page of your bank. There you enter a special password agreed with your bank, a PIN or sometimes a TAN. If you have any uncertainties or problems with the 3D Secure process, you should contact your bank directly. Once you have successfully entered this data, the payment is completed and you can finalize your order.

How can I return my order?

Before the parcel is dispatched: If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, you can simply cancel it. Contact customer service by e-mail or telephone and inform them of your cancellation request.
After the parcel has been dispatched: If your order is already on its way, you have the option of refusing to accept the parcel as soon as it arrives. In this case, the parcel will be returned directly to the sender at no additional cost.

How can I cancel my order?

The right of withdrawal applies to every order: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an e-mail in good time. The return shipment is at your own expense. You will find the withdrawal form in our General Terms and Conditions under the section "Withdrawal". When paying by credit card or prepayment, please enter the last four digits of the credit card or IBAN.

When sending international shipments, customs duties, taxes and other fees may apply which are not included in the total price! If your country is not listed here, please send us a message and we will make sure that you receive your package in your desired country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 working days.

Can I change my delivery address afterwards?

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once the online order has been completed. However, if the package has not yet been dispatched, you are welcome to call us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

How long is the return period for the EasyMotionSkin HomeEdition?

In principle, we grant a 14-day right of return for our EasyMotionSkin systems. However, please note that a notice period of one month must be observed for online rental contracts. You can easily register your return in our customer portal.

What warranty applies to the EasyMotionSkin HomeEdition?

The HomeEdition offers private customers a 24-month warranty for the entire system (MotionSkin and PowerBox).

What steps should I take if my EMS system needs to be repaired by EasyMotionSkin and how is the repair process handled?

Repairs to EasyMotionSkin EMS systems should only be carried out by EasyMotionSkin, otherwise the warranty will be invalidated. Almost all defects can be repaired and we will cover the repair costs for your EMS system within the warranty period. (Exceptions apply in the event of improper use or negligent handling of the product). Outside the warranty period, we will inform you of the costs incurred and you can then decide for yourself whether the repair should be carried out or not.

What specific information is required to successfully process a complaint?

In order to process your complaint successfully, we require a detailed description of the defect and the serial number of the product you are complaining about. In the case of PowerBoxes, please also send us a photo of the back of the PowerBox.

How should the returned goods be sent back to EasyMotionSkin correctly?

Before you send the complaint goods, it is important that you open a complaint case by e-mail or telephone or simply fill out our service form under this link. Our service staff will then create a suitable complaint document for you and send it to you. We can only accept goods with a corresponding complaint document for processing. Please make sure that the returned goods meet the general hygiene standards - only send us washed goods. We will inform you of the correct delivery address in every case of complaint. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for sending in defective goods.

What are the opening hours of the service center and how can I get in touch?

Our service center can be reached by phone at +43 15321400 from Monday to Thursday between 8am and 5pm and on Friday from 8am to 2pm. You can send us an e-mail at service@easymotionskin.com at any time.

How many pairs of electrodes does the MotionSkin have and in which areas of the body are they located?

The MotionSkin has a total of 18 dry electrodes, which are arranged in pairs on the neck, upper back, lower back, buttocks, rear thighs, triceps, chest muscles, abdomen and front thighs.

Why do I possibly feel impulses via the electrodes even before I start training?

To check the functionality of the electrodes, a weak pulse is generated after connecting them to the PowerBox. This should be barely noticeable or not noticeable at all and is used to determine whether the electrodes are working properly.

Why can the perception of impulses vary between different electrode pairs?

The sensation of the impulses can vary between different pairs of electrodes, as the muscles under the respective electrodes can be developed differently.

What steps should be taken if contact between the electrodes and the body is not established from the outset?

If there is no contact between the electrodes and the body at the beginning, it can be helpful to warm up slightly. Even a small amount of perspiration may be sufficient to establish contact.

How and when should the supplied strap set be used?

The supplied strap set is used to support the electrodes when making contact. If an electrode does not fit snugly on the body, the straps can be used. Simply fasten the Velcro fastener around the respective electrode to establish contact between the electrode and the body.

Is it possible to wear underwear under the MotionSkin?

In principle, it is possible to wear underwear under the MotionSkin. However, it must be ensured that the muscles under the MotionSkin are not covered by fabric, as this can impair contact between the electrodes and the body.

How do I attach the PowerBox to the MotionSkin?

The PowerBox is easily attached to the MotionSkin using press studs, which are supported by a reinforcement behind the buttons in the MotionSkin. You can simply press the PowerBox onto the MotionSkin with your fingers and attach it. Alternatively, you can find a video on our "Lets get started" page that shows you how to attach the PowerBox correctly. As soon as the PowerBox is attached to the MotionSkin, you can simply place it in the pocket provided and you are ready to go.

How should I store my EasyMotionSkin system?

Please store your EasyMotionSkin system in a dry place. You can of course wash your MotionSkin in the washing machine at 30 degrees. However, make sure you separate the PowerBox from the MotionSkin before each wash cycle and do not wash the PowerBox with it.

How can I clean my MotionSkin?

The MotionSkin can easily be washed on a short wash program at 30 degrees and 400 rpm. Please make sure that the electrodes are facing inwards and the zipper is closed. For optimum results, we recommend using 20 ml of EMS hygiene detergent per wash cycle. The MotionSkin can then be hung on a hanger to dry, with the electrodes facing outwards (i.e. the suit turned inside out).

Attention: Please avoid spinning your MotionSkin, putting it in the dryer or washing it with fabric softener or detergent containing bleach, and read the washing instructions carefully.

Can the MotionSkin be cleaned with a disinfectant?

No, the MotionSkin should not be cleaned with disinfectant. It is also important not to use fabric softener, bleach or chlorine when washing the MotionSkin.
